After spending years in the social impact and nonprofit sector, Caitlen Macias and entrepreneur and activist had an idea. BotQueen was born to bring AI and tech solutions to radically change how nonprofits operate and engage with their staff, clients, and stakeholders. Historically, nonprofits have been behind in adapting and using new technologies, not anymore. BotQueen is partnering with nonprofits to provide customized and affordable solutions to improve processes and accessibility to data– all aimed at growing the reach and impact of the organization.

Caitlen Macias
Founder & CEO
Caitlen Macias is the Founder and CEO of BotQueen. She is an entrepreneur, activist, and trailblazer in the business and nonprofit space. For 10 years, she has advocated for equity, focusing on ending sexual violence and uplifting women's rights. In 2020, she cofounded the World Without Exploitation Youth Coalition, leading viral social campaigns and advocacy efforts against sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Caitlen has worked with organizations locally and nationally to improve their fundraising strategies and pass key legislation.

Madison Kelly
COO
Madison Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BotQueen. She is a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in psychology and child development, having earned her degree from Georgia Southern University. Currently thriving in her role in nonprofit work, Madison works closely with individuals transitioning out of foster care. She combines her passion for social impact with her entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of MK Media Management, a new venture specializing in social media management, where she leverages her deep understanding of human behavior and developmental principles to create engaging, impactful online content. Madison’s unique blend of skills and experiences positions her as a dynamic force in both the nonprofit and digital marketing landscapes.

Mac Sickeler
Innovator
Mac Sickeler is an innovator at BotQueen with a strong background in social work. He holds a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, where he specialized in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship for Social Justice. Mac has extensive experience across clinical settings, development and planning, grant seeking, and program design within various organizations. His deep understanding of client-centered approaches and the complexities of day-to-day non-profit operations drives his mission to bridge the gap between the non-profit sector and the tech industry. By creating tailored solutions, Mac ensures that nonprofits can effectively achieve their missions and better serve their clients.
